Emre Ozmen
Founder, Director & Lead Colour Specialist
Hairdressing has been part of Emre’s life since the age of 14, when he began his career in 2009. His passion quickly developed into a profession, leading him to train in established salons in Istanbul before continuing his career in London, where he refined his craft and built a loyal clientele.
Throughout his career, Emre has completed advanced education with internationally recognised professional brands, including L’Oréal Professionnel, Wella Professionals and Aveda. His expertise spans precision cutting and advanced colour work, with every service carefully tailored to the client’s features, skin tone, hair type and lifestyle.
After founding Emre Ozmen Hair & Nail Studio in 2022, Emre went on to create Rootine London—a new chapter bringing together an experienced team of professionals in a beautifully designed Chelsea salon, united by high standards and exceptional client care.
Today, Emre is best known for balayage, highlights, blonde transformations, colour correction and signature haircuts. His approach begins with an in-depth consultation and focuses on creating refined, personalised results while protecting the health and integrity of the hair.
His philosophy is simple: beautiful hair should look effortless, feel healthy and be created with honesty, precision and attention to detail.

Cutting, Styling and Extensions Specialist
Amir has been in the industry since 2005, working in high-end salons in Rome, Milan, and London. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with several hair & make-up agencies for catwalks and editorials. Amir's specialities include hair styling, cutting, extension application and creating hair-ups. As a dedicated professional, he is always looking for new ways to expand his skillset and provide clients with the best possible salon experience. Amir's passion for hairdressing drives him to continually refine his techniques and stay ahead of the latest trends in the industry.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Kadir is highly skilled in bespoke colour services, including balayage, highlights and full colour, creating refined results tailored to each client’s complexion, hair texture and personal style.
